If you’ve had this skin disorder for awhile you’re probably looking for a psoriasis natural cure. But does it really exist? Doctors say no, but what do they know?

There are so many cases where doctors are wrong that I don’t really like listening to them, although it might be wise to hear them out once in a while ;) .

Here are four natural remedies that you can try, but remember this, there are no magic pills when it comes to healing your body, it all starts with what you eat.

If you’re eating a lot of processed and unhealthy foods then your body will object, so improve your diet and start trying these psoriasis natural remedies!

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is one of those things that just seem to cure anything. It can be used for eczema, acid reflux or even constipation, who knew, right? Anyway, it’s great for psoriasis and many have used it as a psoriasis natural cure. What you do is you pour some apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and gently pat the affected area. It will sting in the beginning, so if you experience that, it’s normal. Afterwards, apply a good natural moisturizer.

  2. Banana Peel
What? Have I gone crazy? Maybe… but hear me out. Banana peels have magic in them. Take the banana peel and gently scrub on the affected area, and store the peel in a zip-lock bag, it will last 2-3 times more. After awhile, apply a gentle skin lotion on your skin. Make sure that it is free from any dyes, perfumes, or other chemicals. Your local health store should have something nice.

  3. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is good in so many ways, and it has helped many people cure their psoriasis.  Have you tried it? Give it a chance! You can apply coconut oil externally or take it orally. You’ll have to experiment yourself with what works best.

  4. Diet
If you really want to get rid of, or alleviate your psoriasis you will have to make dietary changes, and you will have to experiment for yourself what works. Many are symptom free because they eliminated foods such as meat, dairy, processed foods, sugar, sweeteners, refined oils, wheat and all those unhealthy foods. If you’re serious about this, you know that it’s worth it.

When you try a psoriasis natural cure you have to give it time. If you give up after a few weeks you’ll never know if it would’ve worked. Give it a few months and be consistent about it.

Do it every day without fail. Something has to work, right? That’s the mindset I had with my eczema and it’s gone now. I understand that psoriasis is a bit different, but there must be a way to at least alleviate it, right?
