I had reallly bad black spots all around my legs, inner and on my belly and I went to the clinic. The doctor gave me a lotion read “Ratio-Amcinonide Lotion”
It stopped the itching and every single black spot went away. The scars looked like they were permanent but this really works. I used it for less than 2 weeks.

Hi, I too have had eczema for over 8 years now. It really sucks. I am so embarassed to wear skirts or dresses or shorts. I have been using bio-oil and that helps. Also, keeping my skin mosturized stops the itching .Aveeno works wonders. My scars are gradually fading, but I am still consious about my scars. Thanks for sharing your stories, it really helps to know there are other people out there dealing with the same problem. And yes I am sure the scars will gradually fade away for all of us

I SOOO can relate to that. I am a black girl and my eczema scars are on the inner parts of my thighs. It started in the 8th grade and I’m now a freshman in high school and it still wont go away! Spring break is in two days and I don’t want to wear my two piece because my really dark scars are there. Can someone please help us deal with this.

WONDERFUL product to remove eczema scarz, it is called epiderm microdermabrasion treatment, it sounds harsh but is made of all natural product. i used it on face and neck and in 2 uses my face has more even skintone, and now after 3 months all ugly scarring is fading, the best thing is you can use for as long as you like

I am twenty years old and I have it on my arms. It seems like a lot of people have it on their legs though. Anyways. I hate my arms now and I’ve sworn to never wear anything short sleeved again. When you are half asian or anything for that matter that has a darker skin tone its the WORST. My arm should be tan, I wasn’t born with light skin. It’s really starting to get to me as it has spread from one arm to both! I have yet to make an apt with a doctor. But for now, does anyone have any suggestions for something I can use? and don’t say a cream… because none of them work for me! :[

I feel just like you girls out there who have eczema I am fourteen years old I have eczema on my legs arms and the most worse place to have eczema is on my face around my mouth I have no self cofidence I see all the girls wearing short skirts dresses and shorts and I just feel really ugly and crappy well I have recently starting takeing baths with alvenno bath oatmeal it works wonders and to make the scars go away just buy aloe vera gel you can find it near the sunscreen hope I helped and you other girls out there you are not alone!!!

I’ve had eczema my whole life, but it didnt start bothering until I turned about 0 because then i felt uncomfortable having my legs out around my friends. I’m only 12 now and it really bigs me when its hot outside and I can’t just throw on a pair of shorts or a skirt or even a short sleeve shirt becuase of my eczema

My mom always tells me its fine just wear a short sleeve shirt, but she doesnt know how embarrising it is to have eczema all on your arms and behind your legs. So in the summer when I go to the pool I normally stayin one corner so know one can see my skin.

I just wish there was a real way to get rid of eczema scars. Just like theres a cure for acne and all that stuff. I just wish I didn’t have eczema so I wouldn’t have to suffer!!

Thanx.. for reading and leting me express my feeling.. please if you know a good way to get rid of eczema scars write them all I do is read about eczema!!!

heey im fifteen years old and i have eczema it occurs when the season
changes ! i get it during summer the most! and that sucks because
thats when im hot and i want to go for a nice swim & i wear
long shorts,im even afraid of wearing school shorts because there high but i wear
stockings with my skirt! i never do P.E because we have to wear short shorts
it only started to get worse when i was 13 till now
okay i had these blisters behind my legs just at the back of
my knees, they turned out to be scabs! honestly they were so hidious then it left dark scars. I had eczema after it which made it darker now its so ugly

do you know how i could get rid of them
i hope you do because it sorta ruins my life
im really keen on becoming a model! but my legs have
to be pretty i hurd i hope you guys can help out

It’s so good to know that I could relate to a lot of people in here. I’m 17 going to 18 now.
I had eczema since I was young about 7 years old. I remembered that bronchitis was the main trigger to my eczema.Goddamn bronchitis. The eczema started flaring on gap between my fingers, and then my arms and legs. Imagine being a small boy in school where no one wants to be friends with you at such a young age, and lucky me, there are people who want to be friends. Partly due to friendliness, chubbiness (which is long gone by now) and ultimate lameness.

When I was young, the doctor told me it would get better with age.

It got worse as I grow older, especially in college where the eczema started spreading to my calves and thighs and feet,my neck and even my forehead. I have to give the lamest reasons to them that it was sunburn on my face -.-” After all the flareout nightmares are over, it leaves this black patches all over. I get question God sometimes why does this happen to me. Maybe He wants me to be this conservative Muslim where girls would find me unappealing, no touchy touchy and I would always wear unrevealing clothes. Maybe He wants me to be a virgin all my life,haha ! But I don’t give a shit about that for now. It mostly affects my daily lives where bending your arms and turning your neck with no hassle is a gift. I realized I have been taking movements for granted and I never will ever again. Hopefully the flareouts don’t come back EVER in my life. So to people with eczema out there, stay strong! I know how you feel coz I’ve had it worse.

Currently using aqeous cream to moisturize, elicina and mederma (snail cream) for scars and dermasone for steroid. Will let you know if this shit gets better :>

Well, I use to had really bad eczema. But mow on my right arm on the part where it fold i have two really REALLY big spots that are white and gets red sometimes. I heard that if your eczema gets like how mine are it can take years to heal. I recently had to give my dog away because of it. The dog fur makes my eczema even WORSE! It was really painful to see my bestfriend be taken from me…. But until my scars are all gone i can’t get him back. Also during school i have people ask me why my arm is like this and of course like anyone with eczema lies that it’s nothing. I’ve literally tried EVERYTHING!! Loads of cream, taking colder shower, giving away my dog…. But nothing works. The scars won’t go away… So i might have to live with eczema scars for another 10 years and never get my bestfriend back… If anyone out there has a solution to makingscars go away quickly then you will make me and my bestfriend happy /:
