The Facts About Blistering Eczema

ADVERTISEMENTS

Eczema is a common skin problem experienced by millions of people each year, it is defined by a wide range of symptoms. One of the most painful of these symptoms is blisters, and if you’ve experienced blistering eczema, you know how much it sucks.

It’s sensitive, painful and causes severe discomfort. Keep reading this article and you’ll find some incredibly useful facts.

What Is It?

Although not a specific form of the disease, blistering eczema is the term given when blisters or papules occur within a breakout.

These blisters can be painful, itchy and show up in the form of tiny fluid filled sacs. To make matters worse, blistering eczema often itches like hell.

You can’t itch though! I know, because I’ve been there and done that. It feels heavenly to scratch that itch, but the end result is not pretty, so don’t do it ;) .

What are the causes?

The blisters pop up when you have an allergic reaction to something. It is because of an increased amount of fluid in your skin that these small blisters form.

If you scratch or break the blisters they will probably ooze liquid. I don’t recommend that you scratch them because it can get worse.

How Can You Prevent It?

If you want to avoid all of this, you have to focus on moisturizing extremely well, and learning what triggers your eczema.

My biggest eczema triggers were alcohol, candy, junk foods, sodas and so on. You see the pattern? Unhealthy food! It’s hard to give up, but you’ll be happy you did when you notice that you are eczema free.

You could also have a contact variety, which means that when you come in contact with a substance, you have an outbreak. So keep your eyes open for ANY possible triggers!

Prevention is all about awareness. Learn your triggers, avoid them, moisturize and watch your skin get better.

Is There A Cure?

Well yes and no. I’ve been able to get rid of my eczema, but I see it in a different way. I consider my eczema to be in remission. The moment I start eating bad again, and forget to moisturize it comes back.

While there aren’t any cures per se, there are many methods that you can use to put it into remission and live a life with beautiful skin again. I know it’s possible because I’ve done it.

I’m in the process of writing a program about how I did it, if you’re interested, contact me and let me know.

Meanwhile, eat well, stay moisturized and enjoy life!
