About Henri & Ingela

There’s a team behind this blog. That team consists of Henri and Ingela.

We both live in northern Sweden where we have lived our whole lives, but we’re thinking about moving south, where there’s more fruit and more sun!

Those damn penguins and reindeers are all over the place, but that is a tale for another time.

We are both in our early 20’s and we love anything that has to do with natural health and natural skin care.

Henri has been reading about natural health for over 6 years. He has had his share of health problems, but luckily he has overcome them and is healthy as can be today!

Ingela on the other hand just loves doing things as naturally as is possible, while keeping it simple.
